Welcome to KLT at hchealthhub Corowa.

We are excited to add this highly effective, full-body resistance training program to the hub. Get ready to develop a strong, toned and energised body. 

What is KLT?

KLT is a is a systematic approach to biomechanically balanced, full-body resistance training using the whole body in functional ways to “workout”.

KLT means no more traditional isolation exercises when working out; for example a tricep dip, leg press or chest press. Those days are over. KLT delivers workouts that are all performed standing up and all exercises involve use of the whole body using resistance bands / cable machines and different types of weights.

WHY KLT?

KLT is a specific and extensive full-body functional based training program that is suitable for all age groups. Like Pilates, it focuses on using the arms and legs together to strengthen the core and global muscles to increase your body’s performance in everyday activities.
